Yes. This low impact, highly intense workout is good for every body, from the very fit, somewhat fit or soon to be fit. Since all sessions are done one on one or in supervised small groups, we tailor each session to meet your specific goals, objectives and physical condition.

What are the benefits of Pilates?

The regular practice of Pilates will build a strong body with long lean muscles. It will improve your posture, stability, concentration, flexibility, efficiency of movement and mobility. Pilates is also used for injury prevention and rehabilitation. After you leave your Pilates workout expect to feel taller, lighter and revitalized.

Will I lose weight with Pilates?

Yes, with consistent workouts and incorporating a healthy dietary plan.

How often should someone do Pilates?

Doing two or three 55 minute Pilates workouts is most beneficial and will produce the results you are looking for. Committing to one session a week on a very regular basis is also good, in conjunction with some other exercise during the week.

Who should (and does) practice Pilates?
